to allow for the best appointment experience for everyone Our scheduling & cancelation agreement is as follows:
 

I ask a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for cancelation or rescheduling. This includes forgoing or changing scheduled services at your appointment

There is an automatic 25% cancellation fee on all services not canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment

Any "No-Show" appointments will be automatically charged 50% of the total scheduled services.

LATE ARRIVALS
Your time at the Pink Palm studio is important to me. Running a little behind? I understand, it happens!  
There is a 15 min grace period for all appointments an hour or longer. Please be sure to send a text to confirm your appointment status if you are arriving late.
Unfortunately, all scheduled services are not guaranteed if you arrive late. You may be asked to reschedule, and the cancelation fee will apply. If I am able to accommodate you past the grace period, a late fee may be applied to your service.

Respectively, should I be late for an appointment, a credit for a deep conditioning or bond treatment ($30 value) will be given.

A $30 fee can be implemented for clients who repeatedly cancel, reschedule, arrive late, or change booked services at the appointment. I reserve the right not to book clients for future appointments if they have violated the cancelation or salon policies.

By booking an appointment, you agree that you have fully reviewed, understand & agree to the policies, statements & protocols clearly stated above, to receive services at the Pink Palm studio.
